The CATI Research Centre explores the renewal of research in cultural history through information technology: the creation of hypertext documents; research and development of hyperdocuments in relation to current work in humanities on virtual spaces.

Some new pages online...
Some documents concerning our programmes for the new academic year have just been put online : Research themes on Internet in history of science, animations on the vision of landscape, presentations on the history of computing, sections on e-business.

Distance learning via Internet...
The e.course site aims to put supplementary course material online that teachers at the Sorbonne University Paris IV want to make available to students and therefore provide an interaction between face to face and distance courses.
To this end, a pilot group has been set up. This group will use, on an experimental basis, a distance learning/teaching platform called ACOLAD (Apprentissages COLlaboratifs A Distance, i.e. Collaborative Distance Learning).
